A practice for every body
Yoga at Nourish & Move builds strength, steadiness, and awareness in ways that support your real life. You’re invited to feel more at home in your body.
Our schedule reflects the full landscape of yoga, from strong, heat-building practices to slower, grounding classes rooted in breath and alignment.
Some sessions help you build resilience and stamina. Others focus on calming the nervous system and restoring balance.
That range exists so different bodies, different goals, and different seasons of life are all welcome here. Each class is thoughtfully led, with clear guidance and steady intention behind the movement.

Classes designed for real life.
Our weekly schedule includes Hatha, Slow Flow, Heated Power Vinyasa, Prenatal Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, somatics-informed movement, core-strength practices, family yoga, and integrative sound experiences.
Each class clearly lists its pacing, intensity, music, and hands-on details so you can choose the environment that supports your goals. You can come to build strength, regulate stress, prepare for birth, recover from strain, or deepen your practice.
There is space for both challenge and restoration.
Taught by people who live the practice:
Our teachers bring depth to the room: Years of practice, advanced study, therapeutic training, and lived experience with injury, recovery, pregnancy, stress, and change.
In each class, instruction is clear and intentional. You’ll understand why you’re moving the way you are, where to adjust, and how to progress in a way that supports your body long term. Strength builds steadily, and awareness builds alongside it.
Some days that strength feels powerful. Some days it feels quiet. Both are welcome here!
Integrated within your care
Yoga lives inside a broader system of support.
Your yoga teacher may understand what you’re working on in acupuncture. Your prenatal class can complement massage. A therapeutic session can support nervous system care happening elsewhere in the studio.
Movement becomes part of your ongoing support structure and woven into the way you care for yourself.
