CANCELLATION POLICIES
We understand that things come up and plans change. Whether you've booked an appointment, class, or event with us, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the cancellation policies below, as they are crafted to strike a balance between fairness for our customers and our employees.
Yoga Classes
You can cancel any regularly scheduled yoga class up to 2 hours in advance for a refund. If you purchased an individual class, you will be refunded for that amount. If you purchased a class package (4 or 10-pack), the cancelled class will be credited back to your remaining available sessions.

If you cancel within 2 hours of the start time of your class or do not show up, you will be charged the full amount for the class. If you purchased a class package, you will forfeit one class out of your package.
Events
You can cancel any event up to 12 hours in advance for a refund. This includes Mommy & Me Yoga and Sound Baths. If you late cancel (within 12 hours of the start of the event) or do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the event.
Appointments (Acupuncture, Massage, etc.)
Please let your practitioner know if you need to move your appointment as soon as possible, as this helps us with scheduling. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee. However, if you do not cancel and do not show up for the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. After 2 no-call no-shows, you will no longer be able to book appointments at Nourish & Move.
