CANCELLATION POLICIES
Your appointment time is set aside specifically for you. If you cancel your appointment late or no show, it disrupts your practitioner's schedule, affecting their income and other clients who could have scheduled that time. To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule by calling/texting 412-206-9837 or cancel/modify your appointment online.
Appointments (Acupuncture, Massage, etc.)

Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the start of your session will incur a $70 late cancel fee.

Canceling or rescheduling within 4 hours of the start of your session will incur a charge for the full cost of the service.
If we are able to book another patient at the time of your appointment, we will waive the fee.
Yoga Classes
You can cancel any regularly scheduled yoga class up to 2 hours in advance without penalty.

If you purchased an individual class/drop-in:

The class will automatically be returned to your account. If you wish instead to be refunded via the method that you paid with, please call or text us at 412-206-9837 and we will do so

If you have a class pack (4 or 10 pack):

The class will automatically be returned to your account

If you have the $30/30 promo or a monthly unlimited package:

Nothing will happen to your account since you have access to unlimited classes​

If you cancel within 2 hours of the start time of your class or do not show up, you will be charged the full amount for the class. If you purchased a class package, you will forfeit one class out of your package.
Events
You can cancel any event up to 12 hours in advance for a refund. This includes Mommy & Me Yoga and Sound Baths. If you late cancel (within 12 hours of the start of the event) or do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the event.
