Dana has always been very passionate about exercising, but it wasn’t until she was pregnant with her first baby that she knew she wanted to teach yoga. As an RYT 200, PRYT, Kid’s Yoga certified teacher, and a mom of three, Dana's goal is to help students find balance through yoga, community, a little humor, and a lot of inspiration.
Jennie Bolas
RYT 200
Jennie was first introduced to yoga at a beginner’s class and became enlightened about the wonderful spiritual and physical benefits of yoga. She completed the 200-hour teacher training in 2013 and has been teaching yoga ever since! Jennie enjoys teaching classes that focus on building awareness of the body, proper alignment, and breath (with a spiritual twist included). Her goal is to make yoga accessible for people of any age and background. She believes if someone can commit to a 10-20 minute practice a day along with 10 minutes of meditation, it can make a dramatic impact in their relationships, career, and health because it did for her.

Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm
In this class you will receive instructions on the basic principles of yoga and focus on learning foundational poses and breath work. With consistent practice in this relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, you will discover increased flexibility, strength and knowledge of yoga, providing the foundation to move to higher level classes if you choose to do so.
