This is for first-time acupuncture patients at Nourish & Move. It is 90 minutes and includes an in-depth intake and a treatment.

This is for patients who have already attended the initial consultation.

Herbal consult with Kayla. Does not include the price of herbs.

This is a 30-minute no needles appointment for new or returning patients. Modalities may include fire cupping, gua sha, and/or tui na based upon your preferences and the practitioner's evaluation of your condition.

This is an intensive follow-up treatment for those looking for a more rigorous, in-depth treatment.
