Individualized care, practiced in community

Nourish & Move is the only integrative care clinic in the Pittsburgh area offering acupuncture, massage therapy, reflexology, and somatic healing options.

We specialize in women's health and fertility, chronic and acute pain, and managing autoimmune diagnoses.

Nourish your foundation.

Your body holds a lot: Stress, effort, history, resilience.

Over time, that accumulation can show up as pain, fatigue, cycle irregularities, tension, or simply a sense that something feels off.

Care begins by listening closely. We look at patterns, not just symptoms, and consider the physical, emotional, and environmental pieces influencing your wellbeing.

From there, we build support that replenishes what’s been drained and strengthens what needs steadiness.

Move your healing forward.

What We Treat

Our philosophy draws from integrated modalities–acupuncture, somatics, yoga, bodywork, nutrition, herbal medicine, and restorative practices–organized around real-life concerns like stress, pain, fertility, chronic conditions, and nervous system regulation.

We approach care through multiple dimensions of wellbeing–physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual–recognizing that they are intertwined and constantly influencing one another.

  • Training fatigue, mobility limitations, injury prevention, muscle recovery, nervous system recovery

We support runners, lifters, field athletes, and recreational movers with acupuncture, sports massage, cupping, mobility-focused yoga, and recovery protocols designed to enhance performance while protecting long-term joint and nervous system health.

  • Introducing a six-week, comprehensive care experience designed to move you toward a specific goal with clarity and support. This guided path brings multiple practitioners into conversation, combining hands-on treatments, movement, education, and personalized recommendations into one coordinated plan.

You’ll receive structured sessions, ongoing guidance, and a clear progression forward, all built around your body, your timeline, and what you’re working toward.

  • Gut dysfunction, inflammation, immune challenges, fatigue, stress-related digestive disruption

Functional nutrition, herbal consultations, acupuncture, and lifestyle guidance work together to restore balance and support sustainable change.

  • Chronic stress, stored trauma, grief, emotional overwhelm

Somatic breathwork, Reiki, dance/movement therapy, sound healing, acupuncture, herbal medicine, therapeutic yoga sessions and trauma-informed touch create space for safe processing and regulation.

  • Preconception, IUI/IVF support, endometriosis, cycle irregularities, hormonal balance, male-factor infertility, menopause

Our fertility-focused care integrates acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition guidance, and advocacy-based support. We support the reproductive cycle as a whole–from menarche through menopause–including both female and male-factor fertility. Treatments are intentionally timed to align with your unique hormonal and reproductive rhythms.

  • Stress, burnout, anxiety, sleep disruption, chronic fight-or-flight, freeze states

Through acupuncture, somatic nervous system support, yoga, breathwork, and hands-on therapies, we support the body’s capacity to settle and regulate.

  • Chronic pain, sports injuries, strength-training recovery, joint discomfort, post-operative rehabilitation

We combine acupuncture, Chinese medicine bodywork, neuromuscular massage, sports massage, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping, gua sha, and movement repatterning to address both symptoms and underlying patterns. This work supports athletes, active adults, and anyone wanting to move with greater efficiency and resilience.

  • Pregnancy discomfort, preparation for labor, postpartum recovery

Prenatal massage, acupuncture, pelvic floor–informed yoga, and integrative care plans support you through each phase.

Our Modalities

We offer individualized care backed by a collaborative team that actually talks to each other. Your practitioners share notes, exchange ideas, and stay connected, so you don’t have to start over every time you walk in.

Some clients visit us for a single service, and many move between modalities over time as their needs evolve. We offer:

  • Gentle, precise treatment that supports your nervous system, improves circulation, and restores balance by encouraging your body’s natural healing response and the steady flow of Qi.

  • Hands-on support that releases stored tension, improves mobility, and restores ease where your body has been holding on.

  • Therapeutic touch that reduces pain, improves range of motion, and creates space for your system to soften and reset.

  • Guided, intentional movement that helps you process experience, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with your body in real time.

  • Personalized nutritional guidance and herbal support that work alongside your treatments, or as  a standalone to help your body function with greater balance and consistency.

  • Targeted pressure techniques that stimulate specific points on the feet to promote systemic relaxation and internal regulation.

  • Find inner stillness, work through triggers, and return home to self through these healing modalities that center energy and breath work.

  • Slow, accessible movement and breathwork that gently unwinds chronic patterns of tension and restores freedom in both body and spirit.

  • Yoga here is a practice for life. Through breath and reflection, we create space to set intention and build awareness. What unfolds on the mat carries into our relationships, our work, and the way we move through each day.

Always a great massage with Annie! I came in today not even realizing how anxious I was. I felt it as soon as I got on the table. But Annie's massage calmed me and I left feeling so much better. Thank you, Annie!

My daughter, granddaughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed the “Mommy and Me” Yoga class. Our instructor was personable and was able to keep a 3 year old totally engaged. We will be back!

I attended the sound bath on my birthday today and it was fantastic. What a lovely experience! Maria was so talented at creating an immersive healing experience with sound and vibration. I really enjoyed it and would love to go again.

— Lavender Sedlock

Wonderful yoga class. Fabulous studio that deals with many eastern healing arts and modalities. In a world full of Power Vinyasa, hot, ashtanga, competitive yoga... this is your respite from that madness. It is the essence of what yoga is meant to be.

When I left my appointment with Dahlia, I cried. Why? Because I could walk without pain for the first time in a YEAR!

Dahlia took time to talk with me in order to pinpoint what was going on and used various modalities (cupping, gua sha, trigger point) to treat the issue. Truly, I feel like a new person and am so grateful for Dahlia’s sweet soul and talent. Absolutely will be back!

— Kristi Devenyi

What a welcoming and peaceful experience. Upon walking into the studio for an acupuncture treatment I was so warmly greeted by Melody and Ellen who immediately made me a cup of tea from their beautifully curated tea menu and gave me time to sit in the calming lounge area to enjoy it before being brought back to a private room where Melody spent generous time asking thoughtful questions to assess my needs.

I felt incredibly well supported throughout my visit, was so impressed by how knowledgeable she was and will definitely be coming back!!

Jamie is an absolute amazing and knowledgeable acupuncturist. She is professional yet very easy to talk with and explains everything. The studio is relaxing and welcoming.

This place is amazing from every angle. The owners, the massage therapists, the acupuncturists, the yoga teachers & even the two lady’s who work the front desk are all inviting, empathetic and genuinely care about you. They offer a wide variety of services & even eastern medicine/herbs recommendations.

If you like yoga, there are so many different kinds of yoga with many different instructions of all ages. If you like massages, they have several massage therapists who specialize in different things. If you like acupuncture, they have several different acupuncturists as well. Everything about this place is awesome and I highly recommend them for everything. Give them a visit!

Nourish and Move is a beautiful studio. I took the Essential Somatics Movement class. I am coming back to my practice after being off for several months. It was a perfect re-entry and it will be a perfect complement to other yoga classes.

— Trudy Williams

I just went for my first Acupuncture appointment with Kayla and am so excited about starting my journey with Nourish and Move. Kayla was attentive and listened to my background and needs. She took time to ask the right questions and ensure I was comfortable with the protocol.

I felt very relaxed after our first session and am looking forward to going back more consistently to treat my issues.
