Individualized care, practiced in community
Welcome to Nourish & Move!
We are a collaborative wellness studio in Mt. Lebanon, serving Pittsburgh and the South Hills through acupuncture, yoga, massage therapy, reflexology, somatics, herbal medicine, breathwork, and sound healing.
Held by the whole team
You don’t have to figure out which practitioner or service is “right.”
At Nourish & Move, we believe that care begins by listening closely.
We look at patterns, not just symptoms, and consider the physical, emotional, and environmental pieces influencing your wellbeing.
Our team communicates internally, refers thoughtfully, and builds care plans that make sense for your body and your life.
As different layers of your health come into focus, the support around you stays cohesive.
Each practitioner brings depth in their specialty and works in conversation with the rest of the studio.

Our Modalities
Yoga
Yoga here is a practice for life. Through breath and reflection, we create space to set intention and build awareness. What unfolds on the mat carries into our relationships, our work, and the way we move through each day.
Acupuncture
A gentle treatment that supports your nervous system, improves circulation, and restores balance by encouraging the steady flow of Qi. Treatments help with stress and pain management, sleep, digestion, hormonal balance, emotional well-being, fertility, immune support, and overall vitality.
Massage Therapy
Our massage therapists offer neuromuscular and craniosacral massage, prenatal massage, sports massage, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping, and gua sha to address both symptoms and underlying patterns. This approach supports athletes, pregnant people, active adults, and anyone wanting to move with greater efficiency and resilience.
Somatic Therapies & Sound Healing
Designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, and mind-body connection, these sessions offer somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, and guided awareness, and immersive sound experiences to release stored tension, and cultivate a greater sense of presence and balance.
Reflexology
A therapeutic practice that uses intentional pressure points on the feet, hands, and ears to support balance and relaxation throughout the entire body. Sessions are deeply grounding and restorative, helping to ease stress, tension, fatigue, and energetic imbalance.

Always a great massage with Annie! I came in today not even realizing how anxious I was. I felt it as soon as I got on the table. But Annie's massage calmed me and I left feeling so much better. Thank you, Annie!

My daughter, granddaughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed the “Mommy and Me” Yoga class. Our instructor was personable and was able to keep a 3 year old totally engaged. We will be back!

I attended the sound bath on my birthday today and it was fantastic. What a lovely experience! Maria was so talented at creating an immersive healing experience with sound and vibration. I really enjoyed it and would love to go again.

Wonderful yoga class. Fabulous studio that deals with many eastern healing arts and modalities. In a world full of Power Vinyasa, hot, ashtanga, competitive yoga... this is your respite from that madness. It is the essence of what yoga is meant to be.

When I left my appointment with Dahlia, I cried. Why? Because I could walk without pain for the first time in a YEAR!
Dahlia took time to talk with me in order to pinpoint what was going on and used various modalities (cupping, gua sha, trigger point) to treat the issue. Truly, I feel like a new person and am so grateful for Dahlia’s sweet soul and talent. Absolutely will be back!

What a welcoming and peaceful experience. Upon walking into the studio for an acupuncture treatment I was so warmly greeted by Melody and Ellen who immediately made me a cup of tea from their beautifully curated tea menu and gave me time to sit in the calming lounge area to enjoy it before being brought back to a private room where Melody spent generous time asking thoughtful questions to assess my needs.
I felt incredibly well supported throughout my visit, was so impressed by how knowledgeable she was and will definitely be coming back!!

Jamie is an absolute amazing and knowledgeable acupuncturist. She is professional yet very easy to talk with and explains everything. The studio is relaxing and welcoming.

This place is amazing from every angle. The owners, the massage therapists, the acupuncturists, the yoga teachers & even the two lady’s who work the front desk are all inviting, empathetic and genuinely care about you. They offer a wide variety of services & even eastern medicine/herbs recommendations.
If you like yoga, there are so many different kinds of yoga with many different instructions of all ages. If you like massages, they have several massage therapists who specialize in different things. If you like acupuncture, they have several different acupuncturists as well. Everything about this place is awesome and I highly recommend them for everything. Give them a visit!

Nourish and Move is a beautiful studio. I took the Essential Somatics Movement class. I am coming back to my practice after being off for several months. It was a perfect re-entry and it will be a perfect complement to other yoga classes.

I just went for my first Acupuncture appointment with Kayla and am so excited about starting my journey with Nourish and Move. Kayla was attentive and listened to my background and needs. She took time to ask the right questions and ensure I was comfortable with the protocol.
I felt very relaxed after our first session and am looking forward to going back more consistently to treat my issues.
