About the event

Join Elsa, a certified meditator facilitator, in a 6 week series that will teach you to meditate. Each session will be focused on a different theme.

Week 1- Love Kindness Meditation- This Meditation focus on kindness towards oneself and others in a graded way to include all living beings eventually both seen and unseen.Regular practice of LKM improves resilience and a source of strength

Week 2- Heart-Centered Gratitude Meditation- We will focus on the heart inspiring deep appreciation to flow within and without .We often take the heart for granted going about life not stopping to notice all the work it does for us .This Meditation will help us bring awareness so we can be grateful for our heart.

Week 3- Five Senses Mindfulness Meditation- This is a wonderful meditation to quick and easy method for feeling more centered every day it's also a great practice for when stressed and feeling overwhelmed you will know how to use the 5 Senses when you need it the most

Week 4- Zen Meditation- Zen is the Japanese word for Meditation- it emphasizes the practice of meditation,selflessness and unity in the Universe . We follow the breath one inhalation and one exhalation at a time. Zen meditation provides insight into how the mind works that could be helpful to cope with depression and anxiety.

Week 5- Chakra Meditation -This practice will help you to keep balance, calm and able to cope with stresses of the modern day living.Chakras are the energy pockets located within our body. This Meditation will detoxify and unclog the energy points of your body, enhancing and empowering you for a better life.

Week 6- Breath Meditation or Anapanasati- This practice builds mindfulness and concentration through the relaxation and stilling of body, feelings and mind. 

The benefits of getting in touch with your body and mind will help you learn to be present and find pleasure in stillness.

Total cost for the program is $180. You must purchase and attend all sessions as this program will provide you with the greatest benefits if practiced weekly.
