10 Week After School Program

An enriching after-school experience for kids ages 6-9 that combines physical activity, mindfulness, and creativity in a welcoming and safe environment. The classes begin with ice breakers and silly games, creating a sense of community and excitement. Children then delve into breathwork and a yoga flow, where they build strength, flexibility, and emotional awareness. The program finishes with guided meditation and a craft activity, reinforcing mindfulness and allowing kids to express their creativity. Every Tuesday from 4-5pm at Nourish & Move Studio in Beverly Shops. This program will run for 10 weeks starting Jan 9 and ending March 12. Cost is $250 for all 10 sessions.
