Jess specializes in family-centered and youth yoga, holding certifications in Yoga Playgrounds, Yoga 4 Classrooms, and Childlight Yoga. Her Mommy and Me Yoga classes use music, storytelling, and playful movement to introduce breath and body awareness to young children.
