A Human Approach to Healing
Nourish & Move is built around something we’ve seen firsthand: Change is possible.
You can feel better. And you can live differently inside your body.
We believe that health and wellness isn’t a single diagnosis or one quick fix. It’s personal, and shaped by your history, habits, and what’s available to you right now.
We work in the space between where you’ve been and where you want to go.
Well-being moves through the studio in treatment rooms, in breath and movement, nutrition guidance, in education, and in community.
At our heart's center: You deserve to feel steady, supported, and confident in your own body.
We believe:
The body and nervous system are capable of change.
Healing is not linear.
Movement is medicine.
Community care matters as much as individual care.
You don’t have to navigate your health alone.
Meet Our Practitioners
Kayla Simmons, Nourish & Move Founder

Kayla is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, massage therapist, and yoga instructor who approaches the body as one connected system: Mental, emotional, and physical. Her clinical focus centers on women's health with a speciality in fertility, blending acupuncture, herbs, nutrition, and advocacy-based support for patients navigating IUI and IVF. Kayla lives in the fertility world not just professionally, but personally, and that lived understanding shapes how she holds space for her patients.
She believes fertility care is about supporting the body while helping patients move through uncertainty with resilience and clarity. Since earning her Master’s in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Daoist Traditions College, she has continued advanced fertility training and structures her schedule to align with IVF cycles.
