About the event
This 6 week prenatal program is designed to support expectant mothers through each stage of pregnancy. Held every Monday evening, this program offers a nurturing space for moms-to-be to connect with their changing bodies, cultivate mindfulness, and prepare for the beautiful journey of childbirth and motherhood.
Week by week, our experienced prenatal instructor Dana will guide you through gentle movements, modified poses, and breathwork tailored to the needs of pregnancy. Each session will focus on specific themes and practices to address common discomforts, promote relaxation, and build strength and flexibility in preparation for childbirth.
Throughout the program, you'll have the opportunity to connect with other expectant mothers, sharing experiences, offering support, and building a supportive community. Together, we'll explore mindfulness techniques and relaxation practices that can help you navigate the physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy with grace and confidence.
Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, our 6-Week Prenatal Yoga Program is open to all expectant mothers at any stage of pregnancy. Each class is thoughtfully designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to nurture yourself and your growing baby.
